Come and try Pilates! We work at different levels of intensity in a small group, using a range of equipment to help build core strength and flexibility. Courses take you through Stotts Pilates exercises with modifications for post or ante natal women, injuries or postural issues whilst having fun!
Sundays 12 – 1pm
Thursdays 8 – 9pm
Pre booking essential as small groups only

I also offer drop in classes on Thursday evenings at St Georges Church Hall, Court Farm Road, Hove - only £5 and one to one sessions in the bps Hove studio.
