As a pre & postnatal specialist (and mother of a 3 year old) I have the experience to help you gently and safely with your postnatal fitness needs. The class will primarily look to strengthen the abdominals and pelvic floor along with mobilising, stretching and strengthening the back & shoulders. No previous experience of Pilates is necessary.

Classes are suitable for mothers with newborn babies to those with babies who are about to start crawling. In the relaxed and comfortable environment of Wendy's studio, babies can lie next to you or sit in a car seat, whichever suits you and your baby. If you need to feed or take a break and sit out certain exercises during the class that is no problem!
