Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates with Clare

Welcome to Pilates Evolution Brighton. My name is Clare and I am the Founder and Lead Instructor.

Pilates is a gentle, low impact form of exercise that can provide enormous health and wellbeing benefits; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Pilates focuses on developing your core strength. In turn this will lead to improvements in your posture, increased muscular strength throughout the body, improved balance and greater flexibility. We also use breathing techniques which promote relaxation.

Pilates is particularly beneficial for pregnant women as it helps strengthen your body, maintain good posture and prepare you for birth both physically but also mentally through the relaxing breathing techniques. For new mums, Pilates will help you gently regain your core strength, strengthen your pelvic floor and give you some much needed breathing space.

I am delighted to offer specialist Pilates classes for pregnant and post natal women in order to meet the unique demands of being pregnant or becoming a new mum.
