We know there are all sorts of reasons why people can't lose weight, however much they try. We'll take the time to get to know you and understand your relationship with food and obstacles that you've faced with managing a healthy weight.

We provide personal weight management coaching which can take place in the comfort of your own home. Our sessions are completely tailored to you but can include:
* Identifying triggers and habits that lead to over-eating
* Ways to tackle emotional eating
* Practical tips and support, such as looking in your cupboards, label reading and handy portion control ideas
* Analyse what you eat through food diaries and menu planning
* Debunking the confusing and conflicting weight loss/gain claims we hear daily
* Providing the right information and advice on what is healthy eating
* Helping you increase your motivation and confidence to make lasting change

Our support continues for 4 weeks after your session and we are on hand to support, comfort and guide you to making lasting changes. Text, email or phone support is all included. Have a look at our website or facebook page
