Miriam Akhtar, one of the UK's leading practitioners of positive psychology, together with the Happy City Initiative, introduces a cutting-edge course based on the science of well-being. Happiness Habits is an 8-week evening class which teaches participants simple effective scientifically-proven techniques for increased happiness and well-being. It helps you build your resilience and boosts your well-being.

Happy Mondays will be held every Monday at the Unitarian Chapel, Brunswick Square , Bristol from September 30 from 7pm-8.30pm to November 18th. The course costs £200 (concessions £160).
