Yoga provides an amazing opportunity to slow down and connect with your body and your baby, a chance to pause during a time of so much change.

Classes will be mellow, nurturing and always provide an opportunity for deep rest. No experience of yoga is necessary, and the class is suitable for everyone in their second and third trimester.
