Post Natal Fitness classes are for mums looking to raise their heartbeat and enjoy feeling the burn of exercise again. All exercises are planned with the thought to your recovery post partum, and different levels are offered depending on your ability and increased fitness levels. As you get fitter, you can still push yourself harder to keep seeing the results.
Your babies are more than welcome at class, and I provide bouncy chairs, ring donuts, walkers and play mats to keep them amused if they are awake.
