This class is aimed at the ultimate beginner to Pilates - the class is structured so that it builds on each of the exercises week on week, developing your core strength and ability throughout the term.

The class is based on the main principles of Pilates: Control, Centring, Concentration, Precision, Flow and Breathing - no equipment is required as I provide them all.

Mondays 18:30-19:30

Classes will cost £25 per month for 4 x 10 week terms per year (£75 per term) or £80 per term.
