Strong Mums is a CrossFit post-natal class aiming to get mums strong and back into shape, grow confidence and provide an opportunity to meet like-minded mums. Strong Mums will not only help you take back control of your body's shape and help you feel strong mentally, it gives you the opportunity to take some time out for yourself! CrossFit can be scaled to suit every individual at any level; if you've never trained before, it really doesn't matter. Perfecting basic body weight movements can be used to begin with, e.g. a squat, which is an everyday movement you'd do naturally anyway. The class takes place each Tuesday from 11:15 - 12:15. Come down, get fit, lose weight, have fun! Be Strong!!!
