The classes are designed to encourage children to try different
foods, learn about nutrition and eat more fruit & vegetables, while learning how to cook simple, delicious dishes.

The emphasis is on preparing everyday foods with a healthy slant, for example, breads, dips, healthier cakes & biscuits, stir fries, soups, etc.

Sessions are carefully structured and organised to provide each child with an enjoyable, fulfilling, hands on cookery experience
