Join Alice, mum of two, BSc Health Science Pilates Teacher for a relaxed and friendly Pregnancy Pilates session that incorporates many useful exercises to help strengthen key back and abdominal muscles to support your growing baby.

Alice will also help you prepare for labour and birth with effective pelvic floor exercises and essential breathing techniques.

Alice's classes allow you to take time out to strengthen your body and mind throughout your pregnancy.
