An energizing Postnatal fitness class, outdoors in Priory park St Neots for you and your baby in their buggy.It is the ideal opportunity to regain your fitness, focussing on building cardiovascular fitness, whilst improving stability,posture and strength, working on all the areas that have been affected by pregnancy.
A perfect way to have fun and improve your fitness in the outdoors, meet other like minded mums and make a great start to your week.
Come along anytime after 6 weeks following a natural birth or 10 weeks following a caesarean. Look on the website for a registration form and why not bring a friend too. Wear layers of clothing, bring a bottle of water and anything you may need for your little one and you'll be ready to go. See you there !
