Get back to you and feel amazing! If you're a new mother who wants to get back into shape after the birth I can help you combat those changes that your body has undergone during pregnancy. Whilst your highest priority will be your baby it is also important to have some ‘mummy' time and take care of yourself! Exercise sessions will give you a valuable break and you will come away feeling refreshed and able to give your child all the attention and care they need!

I'm a personal trainer qualified in pre and post natal exercise design. Sessions can be done at home or in the gym. I'm also able to give nutrition advice and combine the two to get you the BEST weight loss results. I'm available 7 days a week, just give me a call to arrange an informal consultation!
