Pregnancy Yoga Classes - Ally Umpleby Yoga


Ally's gentle classes are designed to help reduce the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy, in a nurturing and supportive environment. Her lovely classes focus on breathing techniques, opening the hips, and preparing the body for birth. All equipment is provided. Suitable from 12 weeks into your pregnancy or after your first scan.
