Beginner Pilates Course


Mondays 6.30pm - 7.30pm. 7 week course starting 12th September 2016. Suitable for anyone with limited experience of Pilates. Work at a relaxed, easy pace with a Body Control Pilates qualified teacher. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Places are limited and booking is essential.
Improvers course also available - Mondays 7.45 - 8.45pm
