Pilates Classes


Pilates courses at various levels on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday daytimes.
Next courses start Friday 2nd September for 9 weeks, Tuesday 6th September for 8 weeks and Wednesday 7th September for 8 weeks. See website or call for details.
Stretch, strengthen and realign your whole body. Pilates can be adapted to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Body Control Pilates qualified instructor. Class numbers are limited and booking is essential.
