In these mixed ability hatha Yoga classes, there is always something for everyone. By combining movement (asana = postures) with breath Pranayama (breath work) and exploring other yogic practices we hope to bring you some respite from the modern world and becoming mindful of the moment we are living in right now. Yoga gives us the tools to attempt to work with and put aside mental, emotional and physical tensions to create a sense of unity and calm within – hopefully more of an understanding of ourselves whilst keeping flexible and fit.
Mats and blocks are provided.
