Pregnancy Yoga


This is a 6 week course (not including 17th July).Come and try Pregnancy Yoga to help slow down, rest and relax into your pregnancy and meet other new mums. We work with the breath and posture work - everything modified depending on your particular stage, day, pregnancy or pregnancy related ailments. Must be over 16 weeks.
