Ante Natal FitBack and Bumps Course


FitBack and Bumps is a Physiotherapy led Ante Natal and Post Natal Educational Exercise Programme for mums to be and new mums.
Each Ante Natal Programme runs for an hour a week for 4 weeks and will help you to:-
Help relieve pregnancy related aches and pains
Learn about the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy
Safely exercise during and after pregnancy
Physically prepare for labour
Meet other mums to be!
The course is aimed at ladies anytime after their 12th week of pregnancy. All participants receive an exercise pack so that the exercises can be continued at home.
Class sizes are kept small to allow for individual attention.

    Just completed the 4 week course, really enjoyed the class. Would recommend it to all ladies with bumps. I was 26 weeks but others were 20. I found the exercise is gentle and relaxing, the beginning of each class began with information about what's happening to your body, I found this very informative and helpful. The other ladies in the class made it fun too. Lisa is very professional but puts you at ease from the beginning.
