I went to Crealy to their cupcake decorating event for the charity they are supporting this year families for adoption. My daughter and I went to the last session of the day and had a great time! The event was well organised and the staff were brilliant. We were made to feel very welcome with free drinks and biscuits before we started and friendly staff chatting to people.
However, I felt sorry for the staff at Crealy who obviously put alot if work into the event as they were let down by both Michael Caines and Caroline Quentin who were supposed to have been there. Although I think the kids preferred meeting the Crealy bear anyway!
Well done Crealy a five star event!

What a lovely day we had when we went to crealy this weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side but despite this we enjoyed time spent in the two large indoor soft play areas where there is also areas dedicated just to toddlers so they don't get squished in the excitement of the big soft play (which incidentally is also great for parents to be 10 again whilst flinging themselves down the whopping slides)
We had lunch there too which was surprisingly good, when we've been before in the summer months we've always taken a packed lunch so it was a first time for us. All the meat is locally sourced and the burgers were actually really really delicious (and HUGE!). There is also an Italian restaurant and a southern fried chicken outlet. The cafe adjacent to the soft play is really nicely done out and very comfortable and in the summer you can sit out on the decking on comfy outdoor sofas in the sunshine whilst the kids run amok!
All in all a great day out, for all ages and with the season tickets available it makes it affordable as you only need to go a few times over the year to recoup the cost then it's basically free!
Highly recommended :) we will be returning again when it's a wee bit warmer!

We hadn't been to Crealy for a few years and were impressed with the changes made to the park. The cafe areas have had a facelift, there are some new playzones, and there were signs of new attractions going up ready for the summer, too.

We visited out of season in February on a very rainy day, but there was plenty to do indoors - our toddler particularly enjoyed the ball pool machines, and our eldest didn't stop playing all day.

Due to being winter season, we didn't have to queue for any rides either, and had lots of fun having multiple turns on the Vortex and train rides.

We chatted to other families and heard that season tickets are very popular with locals. Apparently in good weather there are some lovely places for a picnic.

If you haven't been to Crealy for a while, it's definitely worth a look - but families on a budget might like to consider a packed lunch, and take advantage of some of the special advance booking offers on the website.
