The Mindfulness Room is now offering an eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course run by qualified Mindfulness Practitioners with a background in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. Starts Wednesday 3rd July 2013 Southbourne.

Mindfulness is:
Improving general wellbeing
Finding space in the busiest of days
Reducing stress
Making informed choices rather than operating on automatic pilot
Living in the present moment
Leaving behind self-judgement
Letting go of the chattering thoughts in your head

The Course:
During the sessions we will guide you through various mindfulness meditations and help you develop your practice. You will also be given a detailed course booklet to help guide you through the course.
