Legs, Bums and Tums classes Thursday evenings at 6.15pm at The Bourne Academy, Bournemouth.

My LB&T classes are a full body workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. These are notoriously the worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat, so by targeting them one after the other you're tacking all three key problem areas in one fun-packed but very effective class. You'll start with an aerobic warm up, then finish with a stretch and cool down and in between the instructor will take you through a variety of different exercises. There'll be crunches for your tum, lunges for your legs and plenty of squats for your bum. By the time it's over you'll be sweating and breathless, but with a big smile on your face too. Yes, there is a fair bit of effort involved, but it's all worth it.

It's not just your vanity that will get a boost from our LB&T classes, because as well as making your wobbly bits a little less wobbly it's brilliant all round exercise too. So if you want to get fit and raise your stamina level this is the way to do it!!
