6 week Introduction to Hula Hooping Course


Join me for a 6 week Introduction to Hula Hooping Course in Dudley - hula hooping is a fantastic cardio workout, and it improves strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, posture, co-ordination and general happiness levels!

You will learn to keep the hoop going around your waist, knees, chest, shoulders, hands, move the hoop around the different parts of your body, and learn some amazing circus tricks to show off with.

Wide range of hoops provided for use in class. Advance booking is required to reserve your place, as places are limited to 10. Advance payments are non-refundable.
