Join me for a 6 week Introduction to Hula Hooping Course in Dudley - hooping is a fantastic cardio workout,improving strength, muscle tone,balance,flexibility,posture,co-ordination.

You will learn to keep the hoop going around your waist, knees, chest, shoulders, hands, move the hoop around the different parts of your body,and learn some amazing tricks to show off with.
