Yoga With Moira provides antenatal yoga classes for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks on. We will practice gentle Hatha Yoga incorporating asana (postures and movement to help release tension and strengthen the pelvic floor), pranayama (breathwork) and deep relaxation sessions. Yoga is thousands of years old and as such it is proven to help relieve some of the symptoms of pregnancy, such as backache and swollen ankles, allowing you to enjoy this special time more, and help prepare you for labour and birth. These classes will allow you to meet other mums to share the experience with in a safe and peaceful environment.
