Emma's PILATES (E E Pilates)


PILATES is an ideal exercise regime to bring your body back into shape after having a baby. Once you've had your 6 week check up and go ahead, you can resume exercising. If you've never done Pilates before or never really exercised before, Pilates targets the muscles you've just used in a BIG way! Through careful exercises that do not put any strain on joints, you will strengthen your pelvic floor and develop strong abdominals which are essential for ensuring a healthy sex life and good bladder control throughout your life.
Pilates is also great for easing backache and often gets rid of niggles and twinges completely after a very short time. Anyone who is breast=feeding or spends time carrying children in their arms will benefit from this relaxing, stretching and posturally-improving class.
