Have you always wanted to get fit, healthy and feel great, but loathe the gym? Well, this intensive two days of dance fitness is the solution!
Scheduled to kick start your summer fitness regime, this isn't your average, stressful bootcamp, or even the boring classes you get at your local gym. This weekend offers a variety of TWELVE fun-filled classes at the spectacular, award-winning studios in the Grassmarket.
Over two days, you will have an enormous choice of dance classes ranging from dynamic street dance, to relaxing and toning ‘balletic' yoga, and a special session on the lady of the moment - BEYONCE. You don't need to have dance experience to join, but you need to love to get fit, healthy and enjoy dancing to great music.
Lunch will be provided at no extra charge – all you need to do is bring your some water, comfortable clothes, and enough oomph to get your through the two days!
