This class is aimed at anyone who would like to focus on rebalancing the whole body through improving posture, muscle strength, bone density, balance and flexibility. Pilates can be beneficial and fun for just about everyone, regardless of physicality, age and fitness level. This class is ideal for those recovering from most injuries, as exercises will be adapted to suit individual needs.
