A post natal exercise class -Mums and buggies


A fun way to blast away the baby belly! Come along to Mummies and buggies classes if you're looking to get fitter and back into shape (must be at least 6 weeks post natal and have had the all clear from your GP/midwife to exercise)

Any buggy/pram will be fine, so long as your baby is comfortable, as we will be pushing on the paths (for our cardio) and we will perform resistance exercises as we go.
