Bea Alexander Pilates Post Natal Classes


Bea Alexander Pilates runs three post-natal classes a week for three women in each class. This means you get individual care and attention.

We help you stabilise your core again after the birth of your baby, regaining your stomach muscles and re-strengthening your pelvic floor. We can help women who have separated abdominals and lower back pain.

The classes are also a great opportunity to get some "me time" and meet other women in the same position as you (please leave you baby in the care of someone else to attend class).

You can attend a post-natal class from your six week check-up to a year and a half after the birth.
