Yoga Class


My classes are suited to beginners and tend to be breath led slow Hatha classes rather than the more physically demanding practices of Ashtanga (Mysore) or power yoga. My teaching and experience are from many styles of yoga including Iyengar, traditional Hatha, Sivananda and Scaravelli.

A typical practice starts with limbering exercises to build awareness, strength and openness before moving on to a slow but controlled sun salutation then on to standing or floor work before finishing with a relaxation. All classes are an hour long.
