Post natal workshop


Post birth workshops - Physiotherapy led educational and exercise classes!
It is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist so expert guidance and instruction is guaranteed throughout, helping remove the fear women have about exercising after they have had their baby.
The classes focus on:
-Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy
-Reduce the aches and pains associated with post-pregnancy
-Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
- Improve your posture
-Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
-Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
-Make new friends and share your pregnancy experiences

The programme consists of four 1 hour sessions incorporating group discussion and exercises which focus on the use of a gym ball, providing a dynamic surface to challenge the muscle groups weakened by pregnancy and birth.
