Discover the magic of Tai Chi, at Phoenix Martial Arts & Fitness Studio, 39 Broad Street, Cowdenbeath.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements, which have low impact on all your muscles and joints.

Originally, Tai Chi was developed for self-defense, but has since evolved into a graceful form of exercise, which with regular practice can reduce stress and increase relaxation. It has also been found to help improve a variety of health conditions and assist in rehabilitation.

The class runs every Thursday evening, between 6.30pm -7.30pm and is £6 a session.
