Classes provide parents with some essential bonding and nurturing time each week for them and their little one, whilst teaching them the skills and understanding the benefits of massage or yoga. Private 1-1 and group sessions & weekend workshops for Dads all available.

    I did the pregnancy relaxation yoga course before my son was born in October 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and used the skills I learned throughout my labour and birth. It really did help me to stay cam and focused and I had a wonderful birth! The tutor, Alex is lovely - a very calming influence. I found it very beneficial to take some time-out each week to relax and focus on my baby and myself. I'd highly recommend this course and I can't wait to try the baby massage and baby yoga courses, now that my little one has arrived.
