Lunchtime Meditation

Each session will include a ‘breathing meditation' and a second meditation based on visualisation.

The purpose of the sessions is to bring peace and calm to our mind, and a relaxed feeling to our body.

Doing so helps reduce our levels of stress and builds up our emotional resilience.

It is a skill to learn and we will build up our ability to do meditation gently, patiently and without judgement.
