My yoga classes include an hour of posture work (asanas, pranayama and sequences) followed by 5-10 mins deep relaxation. They are friendly & welcoming classes open to all abilities, shapes and ages. Gentle yet challenging,you will soon start to feel the far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind after regular attendance.
