A weekly pregnancy class to come to any time from 28 weeks onwards. Practice using a birth ball to help to position your baby well ready for labour, and to be as comfortable as possible during labour. Listen to a variety of short visualisations to help you to relax, focus and pace yourself throughout your labour. Learn how to breathe effectively in labour, to help you to stay calm and help your contractions be as effective as possible. Each class includes tips and information designed to empower you and remind you what a strong, amazing and confident woman you are, and how capable you are at having a baby. A lovely way to meet other mums-to-be in a relaxed and enjoyable class.
