Come to Slo-ga! A gentle flowing yoga workout followed by a guided relaxation to calm the mind and restore the body. Suitable for total beginners or experienced yogis.

I trained as a dancer and massage therapist and I've been working with the body for many years and I am passionate about bringing yoga to everyone, regardless of age and shape, yoga is a beautiful tool that is available to us all.
