We require an experienced and enthusiastic bookkeeper to take on this key role in an expanding gardening business. Your core responsibilities will include bookkeeping, invoicing and making sure invoices have been paid on time and correctly. Some other ad hoc office tasks i.e. helping to run a small business, may be required too.
You will need experience in using, to a professional standard, bookkeeping and invoicing software, preferably ‘Quick Books'.
As we send out a great deal of invoices you will need a good eye for detail and accuracy, plus be very organised.
The role requires a self-starter who is happy to take on responsibility and work independently. You will need to work closely with the Director of the company, and liaise professionally with our clients.
The role is one day a week (working in our office based in Harringay) and although not preferred, the hours could be split between two days of the week, if required by the right person.
