Pregnancy Yoga with Jo Frances

A busy life in the bustling metropolis that is London can be stressful for the calmest of women. This stress can jump up a level when you are going through the natural emotional and physical changes that happen during pregnancy. Jo's Saturday classes will help you handle these ebbs and flows with confidence, encouraging relaxation in a safe environment.

Classes will take place at The Power Yoga Company, in Parsons Green. There will be a max. of 9 mothers-to-be in each class, so booking is essential - please call studio to book. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All mats & props will be provided.
Two classes are available each Saturday depending on where you are in your pregnancy:

2nd Trimester class (13 - 27 weeks) 12:00 - 13:00
A gentle flow class, integrating breath and movement, encouraging relaxation.

3rd Trimester class (Over 27 weeks) 13:30 - 14:30
Instead of focusing primarily on postures, we will concentrate on breathing, stretching, soft movement, bringing the awareness back to you and your baby, aiming to alleviate some of the aches and pains associated with the later stages of pregnancy.
