We don't give birth with our brains, we give birth with our bodies, and pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way for you to connect with your body. You & your baby will become familiar with specific postures in your pregnancy class which will help you during the different stages of labour. Classes will also focus on the connection to your breath: to draw more oxygen into the body, give you more energy in labour & calm & centre the mind. You will be given the tools to fine tune breathing techniques which calm and relax the nervous system to provide an antidote to pain. Every class will also offer you the time to completely relax and let go.
