At Princess K Fitness – we want to empower, inspire and motivate people of all ages, shapes and sizes, genders, fitness levels and dance abilities; by enjoying our sessions in a non-judgemental and fun atmosphere.

We teach Pole classes and other Workshops - Burlesque, Strut, Risqué (our version of Lap/Chair) and PureStretch.

We understand that some students can feel a little nervous when stepping out of their comfort zones at their first class – everyone at PKF has been in that situation – and we will always work hard to make you feel at ease!

We are committed to providing safe, effective and exciting exercise with a giggle!
