Mum & Baby Pilates


Pilates is a great form of exercise for new mums. Come along to:

* meet other local new mums;
* strengthen your pelvic floor;
* strengthen and tone your abdominal and other core muscles; and
* reduce any aches and pains in your body.

Suitable from 6 weeks post natal upwards. Pre-crawling babies welcome!

£12 for drop-in class or £70 for 7 week course from 5 September 2016
