Beginners/Post Natal Pilates Class


Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. This is a beginners matwork class, suitable for people new to Pilates, returning to Pilates after a break or post natal clients who have been cleared for exercise. An intermediate class is also available at 18.45pm for those with some previous experience in Pilates. Classes are designed for you to work at your own pace and offer challenges when you're ready!

Pilates classes also offer a chance for a bit of 'me time' for new mum's, enabling you to reconnect to your body and mix with other local mums.
