War Letters...

Quadruple bill featuring War Letters

Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black highlights and celebrates the talents of black and Asian dancers from around the world, and is now an Associate Company of the Royal Opera House.

For their return to the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, the Company are delighted to present a mixed bill of premieres with new work from choreographers, Ludovic Ondiviela (The Royal Ballet), Robert Binet (National Ballet of Canada) and world renowned dance maker Javier De Frutos.

British choreographer Christopher Marney creates Ballet Black's newest story ballet, an episodic journey through relationships built during World War Two. Experience the loneliness of the women left behind, the aftermath of a soldier's turmoil, the fun of the London dance halls and the sights and sounds of the Blitz spirit.
