Part-time Qualified Book-Keeper required for popular property advice website
HomeOwners Alliance (www.hoa.org.uk) a small and exciting start-up run by a smart and lovely small group of busy mums, is looking for a qualified book-keeper to start ASAP. HomeOwners Alliance runs a very popular property advice site to help people with all their homeowning issues.
This would be ideal for someone who wants to work flexibly – at home or at our home-based office in Muswell Hill, N10.
Duties will vary, but will include the following tasks:
-Preparation of sales and self-billing invoices
-Booking of invoices and company expenses into Xero (our accounting system)
- Bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of membership transactions
- Preparation of the monthly payroll
- Handling expenses
- Preparation of management accounts
- Quarterly VAT returns
- HR administration including holiday tracking
