Space to Be - Mindfulness for Parents

This is a fortnightly morning class in meditation and mindfulness for beginners. It offers a space to breathe, to share and reconnect to your true self: A space to simply be!

We will practise simple meditation and mindfulness exercises, and there is also a space to share and be heard in a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

It's a fun way to relax and learn strategies which you can take home and use all the time. An ideal place to let go of your worries, rest your mind and leave feeling calm and relaxed.

Simple meditation techniques done regularly can make lasting changes in your whole life, boosting immunity, health, creativity and happiness. Come and nurture yourself in this oasis of peace. A cup of tea and biscuits are waiting for you, too.
