Great antenatal classes with lovely Beth! I've really enjoyed Lazy Daisy antenatal course and Beth's approach and method! In fact I have attended it twice and suggested it to my pregnant friends! The clear and fixed structure of the course it's what makes a great difference from other antenatal classes I have tried. This is very helpful and reassuring because it takes you gradually through all the different "events" of pre, first and second stage of labour, both from the informative point of view - very clear and complete - and the practical one (i.e. breathing, relaxation and movement techniques). I've simply loved it!
Amazing classes! As a first time mum I was extremly nervous about giving birth and th whole process and Lazy Daisy classes taught me to understand birth and my body with numerous tips and advice for an enjoyable and easy birth. I must say that I had an amazing birth and was all thanks to Beth and Lazy Daisy.. will definatly be attending before the next baby!
