Ante/Post Natal Fitness and Wellbeing


I am a Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Consultant, qualified in Ante and Post Natal exercise. I work with clients in their own homes, outside or in an environment that is most comfortable for you. I cover all areas of pregnancy and post natal wellbeing, from what you put in your body to how you move. I work with clients to maximise their health during and after pregnancy; the healthier and fitter you are during this time, the easier your birth could be and the quicker you could recover afterwards. Each session is based around your needs and your goals and we work at a pace suitable for your situation. I offer one to one sessions or if there are a few of you, we can work as a group.
