This 8-week mindfulness course is ideal for those who would like an introduction to mindfulness and its practice, with a particular focus on using mindfulness to help with managing stress and the challenges life can throw at us. Potential benefits of regular mindfulness practice include improved resilience to stress, enhanced wellbeing, productivity, focus and outlook.

The course requires attendance at all the sessions and 30-45 minutes of home practice each day to embed the practice. This course will run for 8 consecutive weeks starting Monday 19 September. There is also a longer 4 hour 'retreat' session on Saturday 29 October.

Cost: £250, including guided teaching, and all course materials, including audio meditations.
